Robert FitzWalter, 1st Baron FitzWalter (1247 – 18 January 1326) was an English peer.
FitzWalter was Constable of Castell y Bere castle in Merionethshire and of Hadleigh Castle in Essex as well as Captain and Keeper of the Peace in Essex. On 23 June 1295 he was summoned to Parliament as Lord FitzWalter. FitzWalter was married twice. His first wife was DEVORGUILLA de Burgh, daughter of JOHN de Burgh of Wakerley, Northants & his wife Cecilia Balliol (sister of John Balliol, King of Scotland). His second wife was Alianore, daughter of Robert de Ferrers, 6th Earl of Derby. He died in January 1326 and was succeeded in the barony by his older son from his second marriage, Robert - the son from first marriage, Walter, having died in 1293.
